Andrea Santiago

Andrea Santiago has worked in the healthcare industry since 1998, in medical sales, consulting, training, and recruiting. As a medical recruiter, Andrea has interviewed and placed hundreds of healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, medical technologists and industry executives.

Andrea entered the healthcare industry in 1998 as a national medical sales consultant, and she was later promoted to Training and Sales Manager. In 2001, Andrea joined one of the largest national physician recruiting firms. Andrea went on to recruit numerous medical professionals including nurses, allied healthcare, medical device engineers and medical salespeople.

In 2006, Andrea joined a global $2 Billion publicly traded staffing firm. There, Andrea earned a spot in the Top Ten Recruiters nationwide in her business sector for 2006. In 2007, Andrea was invited to help establish and grow a physician search firm, where she currently serves as the Director of Training and Resource development for The MD Firm.

Andrea Santiago graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, cum laude.

As a healthcare recruiter, helping doctors, nurses and other medical professionals to achieve their career goals has been a most rewarding role. As such, I've impacted a number of medically underserved communities, by attracting qualified healthcare providers to areas where quality medical care may have otherwise been unavailable.
